THE CHALLENGE
Pulse Care's clinics were overwhelmed with routine appointments, and patients waited days for simple consultations.
Patient data had to stay private and every clinical decision had to remain with a doctor.
THE SOLUTION
We built patient apps and a clinician dashboard with secure video, scheduling and e-prescriptions, plus an AI triage assistant that summarises symptoms for doctors before each call.
Every AI output is reviewed by a clinician, and the system was audited against healthcare data-protection standards.
